My approach is warm, practical and tailored to you. I draw on CBT-informed (Decider Skills), DBT and mindfulness approaches to support emotional regulation, anxiety and low mood. With a background in Occupational Therapy, I also focus on day-to-day challenges like routines, sleep, school, work and managing the mental load.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to coping alone. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel understood and start to make meaningful, practical changes at your own pace.
